Preorder Notice:

All Diver Desk Clock preorders will ship in December 2025.
Any automated delivery estimates shown during checkout (including Shop Pay’s date ranges) do not apply to preorder items.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We offer various shipping options at checkout to meet your needs:

  • FREE Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

Free Shipping:

We offer free economy shipping on orders within the United States only.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Restrictions:

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
