How can I ensure the longevity of my product?
To preserve the quality of your TENEKS desk clocks and watch charms, keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Regularly wipe them with a soft microfiber cloth to maintain their shine and prevent dust buildup. For desk clocks, place them on a stable surface to avoid accidental damage. For watch charms, avoid dropping them or exposing them to rough contact with keys or other sharp objects. With proper care, your TENEKS pieces will remain elegant and timeless for years to come.
How do I replace the battery for my Watch Charm?
Our Watch Charms are powered by a high-quality SR626SW battery made in Japan, designed to last approximately two years under normal use.
When it’s time for a replacement, you can change the battery much like you would with a luxury wristwatch:
- Place the key charm on a soft, stable surface to prevent scratches.
- Use a rubber watch case-opening ball — available online or at most watch repair shops.
- Firmly press the rubber ball against the caseback, applying light downward pressure to create grip.
- While maintaining pressure, rotate the ball counterclockwise to unscrew and remove the caseback.
- Gently remove the white plastic cover protecting the battery. It should lift off easily with a slight counterclockwise twist and pull.
- Replace the old battery with a new SR626SW (Japan-made) battery, ensuring correct orientation. You may also use equivalent types such as 377 or AG4, though we recommend SR626SW for the most reliable performance.
- Reapply the white plastic cover by aligning it properly and pressing it gently back into place.
- Screw the caseback back on by pressing and turning clockwise until snug.
For your convenience, any local watch repair shop can also perform the battery replacement in just a few minutes.

We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
