RETURN POLICY
Return Policy: 14 Days
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Log in to your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Submit request".
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
- Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Movement issues (watch stops functioning upon arrival or shortly after normal use)
- Structural defects not caused by external damage
If your item qualifies, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Battery replacement (standard wear item)
- Water damage or submersion
- Damage from drops, impact, or misuse
- Cosmetic wear over time (scratches, fading, plating wear)
